End potions are obtained as rare drops from void fishing; depending on the biome, you'll get specific potions.
Endurance potion - provides the user with resistance for 3 minutes.
Strength III - providess the user with strength III (+9 damage) for 30 seconds.
Red potion - provides the user with several negative effects for an infinite amount of time.
Amarene - provides the user with several positive effects, for a small amount of time.
Regenerative mix - provides the user with Instant health + Regeneration III for 7 seconds.
Endurance potion - provides the user with resistance for 3 minutes.
Royal Jelly - Provides the user with Absorption III for 48 seconds.
Infernal concoction - provides the user with resistance and fire resistance, both for 6 minutes.
Graceful potion - provides the user with Dolphin's Grace and feather falling, both for 2:30 minutes.
